Haute Couture meets haute cuisine at Le Relais Plaza, the brasserie at Hôtel Plaza Athénée. Hôtel Plaza Athénée showcases its long-standing history with renowned fashion designer Christian Dior, by offering the Dior menu inspired by his own cook book, detailing 95 recipes he used to cook for his guests at home.
Dior opened his flagship store on avenue Montaigne in 1946 to be in close proximity to the hotel with his creations often being showcased there. Hôtel Plaza Athénée has remained a home to designers and models ever since. For Paris Fashion Week (Tuesday, September 27, 2016 to Monday, October 5, 2016), Le Relais Plaza at Hôtel Plaza Athénée will offer a special menu inspired by recipes that were cooked by Christian Dior, which have been recreated by chef Philippe Marc under the supervision of Alain Ducasse.
