Through the crowds of Rolexes and Panerais however, the Harry Winston Opus line managed to grab the limelight. Created in partnership by Harry Winston and several independent watchmakers, these are some of the most exquisite and unique timepieces available today.

Of these, the Opus 6 raked in the highest stakes, reaching a hammer price of a whopping $375,313 followed by the Opus 5 auctioned for $204,514.

With a dial sculpted by celebrated watchmaker Greubel Forsey, this Harry Winston Opus sports a double tourbillion with the gear completely hidden, sporting a 44mm white gold case to top it all.
