Infiniti, a division under Nissan has been known as their premium luxury line. Since debuting in 1989 in North America, it has become a global brand that defines Nissan's upper end selection of automobiles.
The latest incarnation of Infiniti's flagship sedan is the 2012 M35h Business Edition. A limited run executive sedan that utilizes a hybrid power system combined with Nissan's world renowned high performance V6 engine to deliver the ultimate in efficiency, performance, and of course, luxury.
Some highlights of the M35h Business Edition:
The new version of the Japanese sedan-based model M35h GT – takes advantage of the hybrid Infiniti 3.5-liter V6 engine which is mated to seven-speed manumatic transmission. This combination is able to deliver power rates of 364 hp and 0 to 100 km per hour acceleration times in 5.5 seconds.
Fuel consumption is rated at 6.9 l/100 km (combined cycle) and C02 emissions stand at 159 g / km of CO2.
Thanks to its 68PS electric motor, lithium ion batteries and a twin-clutch layout, the M35 Business Edition is able to go further and faster in emissions-free electric mode.
Engine start-stop and regenerative braking technology are included to ensure the sedan maintains an efficient stance whenever possible.
The M35h Business Edition includes a vast array of standard equipment including Connectiviti+ navigation, Bi-xenon Adaptive Front-lighting System (AFS), rear-view camera, parking sensors, tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), heated and ventilated front seats, semi-aniline leather seat trim, Forest Air climate control, HDD Music Box and voice-recognition navigation, Bluetooth and USB connectivity.
2012 Infiniti M35h Hybrid Business Edition has a starting price of £42,020 GBP or approximately $68,000 USD under current conversion rates.
Infiniti has always been a showcase for the latest technology from Nissan and the M35h Business Edition flagship sedan has the best that Nissan has to offer when it comes to efficient and responsible luxury and performance.
