Ivanka Trump adds her touch to The Spa At Trump Hotel

After bidding to convert Washington’s Old Post Office Pavilion into a luxury hotel, Ivanka Trump is all set to add her contributions to the Trump International Hotel & Tower New York's $30 million renovation with a spanking new $8 million Spa.

 

Set to open in May, the Trump Spa will sport a reconfigured TechnoGym fitness center, a new fully meeting room and business center, along with spanking new waiting rooms. The 55-foot long heated lap pool will be seen with new backlit Jerusalem stone walls.

Users can head over to three luxurious treatment rooms, which includes a couple’s treatment room, with the therapist’s sink and cabinet concealed behind a sliding walnut wall. Nothing has been left unnoticed as the reception area will be done up in warm walnut with polished Palissandro marble from Italy. The hallway walls will sport stone inlaid with a serpentine pattern, while stones laid in a scalloped pattern can be seen in the other areas. The new manicure-pedicure room will come with hand-painted, cherry-blossom wallcovering.

Apart from all this, the new men's and women's locker rooms will be equipped with a steam room and sauna, backlit mirrors, and full-length lockers. The tiled walls will sport a blue and gray tone, while the floors will have carpet and hardwood. Additionally, the women's locker room will come with a vanity area for hair and makeup.
